Evanston Children's Choir

Concert choir: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:15-5:45 pm
Main choir: Wednesdays, 4:15-5:30 pm
Junior choir: Mondays or Fridays, 4:15-5:15 pm

Cost is $150 per semester for Main and Junior Choirs and $195 + uniform cost for Concert Choir.

Thin Ice Ensemble Theater is comprised of home school students who produce high quality theater. We also offer theater classes for children between the ages of 5 to 18. Mindfulness Parenting Class: Managing Stress/Creating Health/Encouraging Balance & Wellness
Learn about the Mind-Body Connection and a variety of Mindfulness Exercises. Experience Natural Stress Reduction Strategies and Tools. Many topics will be covered including: Life style changes, Nutritional & Natural/ Sustainable Approaches to Healing, Cognitive Behavioral Strategies, Parenting Solutions, Nonviolent Communication, Relaxation Response, Tend & Befriend, Following Strengths and Solutions to Physical, Emotional, & School/ Community Issues. Each class is self contained and a new psycho-educational topic and mindfulness technique will be presented every week. In order to meet each child/ teen where he/ she is at and develop appropriately and individually; this is a great opportunity for parents to learn to center, implement self-care and model these solutions for/ with their children. SENG ( Social & Emotional Needs of the Gifted) will also be included.
